FPS drops in all games

Hello guys,
When I'm playing my games (Dying Light, CS:GO, Overwatch, Rainbow Six Siege) every minute I have fps drops from 60-120 fps to 10-40 fps. The temps of my cpu and gpu are fine. Only the usage of my processor is 80-99%. Also during playing Dying Light I got a warning from Microsoft that my memory usage is too high.

Processor: AMD FX 8350
Graphic Card: MSI gtx 970 gaming 4g
Mobo: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
RAM: Kingston Fury 8GB(2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CL10 Blue
Hard Drive: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB (main)
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB SATA3 (slave)

I would really appreciate your help.

It cant be CSGO but possibly steam so check your settings. Turn off all but what you absolutly want to run in steam>settings. Also check to see if shadowplay is on if you have an nvidia GPU.

Some other programs are taking you CPU performance. CSGO only supports 4 cores which you should only see at most 60%. Check task manager while the system is idle for programs using any CPU much at all. If there are none then check for viruses and malware. You may need to also shutdown windows services to free up memory and reduce cpu usage. Here is a link to blackvipers site and use safe desktop settings. Try only a few at a time in case you need to revert a change. Just pick your OS and find which sevices are safe to shutdown.

There are no programs that use much CPU usage. In my game, my CPU usage is 40-60% and 30 seconds later it is about the 80%+ CPU usage, then the fps drops.
