How to turn on integrated graphics without video signal.

remove power cord from pc, pop battery on motherboard for two minutes, remove power cord to PCIE video card attached to motherboard, wait 2 minutes, pup battery back on motherboard, connect monitor to inboard video, and apply power cord, boot, by defaults the motherboard will not see additional video card and default to on board one.

Well I tried that BIOS is back to default still black screen. When I plug the RX 480 back in, works fine.
okay so jump into bios, goto video selection part of attached device on your motherboard bios and change it to auto selection, save &reboot then power down , remove rx480, and try a fresh boot, should be good now

Tried this without removing the card completely, only unplugging the 8 pin. Still did not work. I know its not the same as removing completely, but I have done it like 4 times in the last hour.

So if it's not working why would you keep doing it? You should remove the card, if it reads that there's a card it will try to use that first

Well, after trying all different ports, cables and combinations, it worked. I really don't know what the problem was, but it works now. Thank you!
