To play Kingdom Come Deliverance, upgrade old build or new budget build?

Hi. I use to play only a few select games on the pc, like DayZ Arma 2 mod, Arma 3, Fallout New Vegas, RuneScape, and a few others I've forgotten.
It's been years since I started up my old budget build and in an attempt to play Kingdom Come Deliverance beta, right off the bat I got around 9-15 fps standing and walking around on this build:

Cpu: i3 3220
Gpu: Asus Radeon HD 7750
Ram: 2x2gb adata gaming 1333 cas 9 (use to be 1 stick of 8gb because I was a new to all this. Sold it because I wasn't using it and it went for a lot)
Storage: Samsung 120gb ssd and a 1tb something
Psu: from an older PC but between 400w and 500w
Mobo: a micro atx MSI
was a ASRock pro 3 but that failed and I wasn't going to pay ASRock to maybe fix or replace it so I got a Mico atx MSI board with 2 ram slots that worked with my cpu

What would be the cheapest way to be able to play with at least 30fps at medium settings?
Upgrades or a new budget pc? Intel or amd whatever works
If you can suggest either I will greatly appreciate it!
If I forgot something or did something wrong in my post, let me know.

Solution
If you upgrade existing, go to eBay and get i7 3770. It is around $150. No point get the CPU new in that old socket.

And I wont recommend fX8xxx now. For new platform, you either get and ryzen 5 or i5 7xxx

Thank you for your reply
I did see them, I thought they might be guidelines considering how many CPUs and gpus there are.
Would this work as a cheap upgrade alternative?

Vs a new amd using parts i have, case, ssd and hdd

I chose the recommended cpu instead of a cheaper FX 6xxx because I've come to understand that amd isn't as powerful as Intel. It would be about the same price if I chose the FX 6xxx I believe

Hey thanks for the reply!
I was probably going to search eBay for any items i was recommended for this budget build
Are you recommending I use my current MSI h61m-p31 g3 motherboard with that cpu?

I went with an i7 3770 cpu
Zotac Gtx geforce 970 gpu
2x8 gb gskill ram
And a cooler master hyper Evo 212 which I almost regret
And my motherboard doesn't seem to want to cooperate with the GPU so I got a p8z77 Asus board because it was easier to get for a lesser price than a h77 or z75 chipset board at the time. No oc of the CPU but I don't think I'd need to anyway.

So far my total is about 430/440 minus the case that Ill have to get because my original was a matx and the newer one is of course at and my original original atx mid case mysteriously disappeared
