Will this system be able to run all games at 1080 and or 1444p?

Solution
It is a decent gaming system. You should have no problems running most games at or near max settings at 1080p. However at 1440p you will not be running at max settings unless they are older titles. Most of the new games will be anywhere from low to medium settings at 1440p. Again it is dependent on the title.

Well going by only the specs you provided. Yes that will run any game I can think of at 1080p or 1440p. At 1440p however don't expect stellar performance at max settings in newer demanding games, you may have to drop the settings quite a bit in some games to get a steady 60fps.

I will be able to get 60+ fps in all games at 1080 without backwards bottleneck? (The cpu bottlenecking the gpu because the cpu is faster then the gpu.)

There's always going to be a bottleneck in every system. Just because the 6700K can pair nicely with stronger cards, doesn't mean a 970 is a problem.

I didn't say "all games" 60+ FPS at 1080p, I said "some". You'll have to play around with settings to strike the best balance on any given title.

A 970 is still a relatively strong performer. I wouldn't buy one new, but if you have it already, it should be reasonable enough.
