I was hoping someone could help me figure out the best method of installing intels drivers and uninstalling the amd ones. I already know that reinstalling the os will work the best but I've heard there is a chance of having to buy windows 10 all over again. If I have to do it then so be it I was just wondering if there is another way

Solution
the OS is tied to the motherboard, it's not about reinstalling the OS it's about Windows thinking that you took the hard drive out of your computer and put it into a different one. You can call windows and have them change the code to be for your new system and not the old one, but I would highly suggest reinstalling the OS.

Did you register your Windows 10 key on your Microsoft account (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-link-your-windows-10-product-key-microsoft-account)? If you did, you shouldn't have issues with reactivating windows 10 on a hardware updated PC. You'll really need to do a clean install of Windows 10. You'll like run into stability issues if you don't.
