My System..

Corsair 750w PSU
ASUS H170 Pro Gaming Motherboard
Intel i7 6700k 4.0ghz processor
2x 8gb ripjaw Ram
1tb SSD

I originally wanted to buy a GTX 970 GPU. But looking into it more..I just cant find them unless I way overpay for it. Next was the 1060 6gb SSC..again..just cant find it at retail (250-300).

So my question is.. I want a GPU capable of a 15k+ benchmark on futuremark. Or at least capable of 1080p in almost ALL games and solid 60fps on high to ultra settings.

For a similar price.. ($300.00) can you guys suggest some good options that will achieve this and not be a bottleneck in my system? And one I can find and order at a fair price?

Any help is appreciated.. (Even AMD Radeons if I must!)

Thank you!

I'm not a technician and I have only ever built one PC after watching video after video however;

I feel like you're already bottle-necking your system by only aiming for cards at the 300 price range. And with that 750w PSU. If I were you I'd be looking at paying the extra for a ASUS GTX 1060 STRIX (over here in the UK I can find them sitting around £320-£350 which is i think 410-450 USD).

Others may give you better advice but if I were you that is what I'd go for IMO.

Whilst 2 cards in SLI or Crossfire can give you the performance of one good card the prices will be close. You will also have to consider how you're going to upgrade in future as you will have to by an entirely new set of 2 graphics card if you want them in SLI or Crossfire. Some games have trouble supporting 2 graphics cards so you will also have to consider that.

Give this a read it may help you decide, however I stay true to thinking that your money would be best spent buying a GTX 1060:

May I ask what kind of games you're planning on playing?

Im planning on playing any latest games.. But only as high as 1080p. (Not buying a 4k TV) And also emulation. Dolphin and psx2 and hoping to achieve some serious upscaling.

The tower will be posted in my living room..and my xbox one is getting sold. Tired of the slow speeds on that thing.
