Hi! I want to upgrade mi PC.

I have
MB: Asrock N68C-S UCC
CPU: AMD Sempron 140 unlocked
RAM: 2x4GB 1333
HDD: Samsung 250GB
GPU: AMD HD 5670

...
Yeah, its very old! I want to upgrade it.
Can I get an GTX 1060 3GB with that motherboard and cpu?

In a month I want to buy a B150M + G4560 + 8GB DDR4 2133

I know, im very noob and poor :D

EDIT:
I have unlocked Sempron to Athlon II 4400e

I want to buy that GPU, then in 1 or 2 months update to new components as I said before.

So I can use GTX 1060 without problems with the old configuration?

Solution
The card should work OK with that board. Nvidia has been pretty good about their UEFI cards working with older BIOS boards. But as you are aware, the Sempron 140 is going to be a MAJOR bottleneck to the GTX 1060 3GB. Even unlocked to a dual core. As long as you're OK with that and realize the card will not be able to perform at its best, then go for it. The 1060 will be there and be good with the new platform you upgrade to.
