I just bought a Dell laptop which uses Toshiba MQ02ABF100. My PC sometimes run slowly and the culprit is the drive.
Task Manager shows that my disk gets to 100% even when the combined speed of my read/write in only 2-3 MB/sec.
Is there any way I can increase the read/write speed?
