Is there any difference between these motherboards and kaby lake support?

1)Motherboard difference?

any difference apart from
the PRO-VD having a VGA and DVI-D
the PRO-VH having a VGA and a HDMI

2)Will a kaby lake cpu work right away with the motherboard without a BIOS update?

The only difference is the ports at the back and yes both of them support kabylake without an update.
