I was wondering, if I got the i7-3770k CPU, would my motherboard support it? It has the same socket (LGA1155) but would I need to do anything else? the motherboard is a AAEON EMB-Q77A

Maybe. Their site for the board claims support for 3rd generation i3/i5/i7 but doesn't elaborate. I can't seem to find a processor support list, and there is only one BIOS download, which has no details. Might be worth emailing their support and seeing if they can confirm.

Well I have the same Motherboard and as you said there is only one BIOS in the webpage. I had a newest one by default but I updated to the one you are saying thinking it was the newer and I can't return to the one I had, is there a way you can send me the one you have?? I think you can save the .CAP file. Currently I have de 0401. Please

I am having problems with my GTX 970 :(
My CPU is an i5 3570k

I wrote to support but they told me they stopped supporting this MB.
