Streaming cpu replacement

Solution

Sounds like a plan.
To the guy above this comment, that's completely irrelevant if you actually read the thread and saw the situation @op is in.

I have recently put my Ryzen 7 1700 rig together for streaming games and editing. And I have to say it is grate! On OBS I use the bitrate of 3500 (max for twitch) and a slow/very slow preset for better quality. Other stuff is mostly maxed out and the only real bottleneck is my internet that allthough fast could be better. OBS rarely uses more than 6% of my cpu when using the x264 encoder and all the games run smoothly since I have all the 16 cores ready at all time. The total cpu usage is around 50% mostly.
