Which are the best os between Windows or Android or Ios?

There is however best for you.

Pick your phone based on the features you want, and how you want to use your phone.

iOS tends to give you more user friendly features at a steep premium.
Android gives you better option in terms of money and hardware to better fit your needs as android phones are manufactured by many different companies.
Windows Phone support has just ended and is an extremely bad option to buy.

Between iOS and Android, take your pick. User friendly with good support or Better price and customization.

the latest OS now for android is nougat. For google pixel android 0. iPhone ios 10. all of the OS does perform well.... It's up to which and your budget for the phone.

Windows is not a good option as of Now. Because windows has announced its windows OS production to be closed soon. Coming to the iOS, if you are really a die hard fan of Apple and want premium smartphone then choose iOS.
Coming to my personal advice- go with the flow
choose android OS because android dominates most of the smartphone market in the world and has biggest and variety of apps. iOS don't have more apps which can make you feel bad as compare to the android.

Your funds would tell, if youll opt for an android or an iOs ,
Ipohes are a bit expensive but more user friendly
Androids are user friendly as well but in terms of data and storage handling i would say you go for an iOs
