Long story short, I was very careless when removing my old graphics card and pulled the plastic lane right from the board. After this happened The PC would not turn on at all. I figured I had fried the motherboard. The board was a MSI Z87 MPower. There was still an LED light that lit up on the board but I figured something else was preventing it from posting. So I went out and bought a brand new Z97 ASRock board. Hooked everything and it STILL will not power on. No lights or anything. I'm lost as to what could be wrong now as I was certain it was the mobo. What could it be? Any help is appreciated.

If nothing comes on not even fans check the power supply because the board should kick it on and check yo io connections to see if they are all correct.
