First Gaming Build! Requesting General Opinions!

Since this is the first time building a gaming pc, I am still a beginner on specs vs price and what the best parts are to use. I think this build I planned is really good, but I think other peoples opinions would help. Please note my currency is CAD (Canadian) and that the budget is 1400 MAX. I also already have keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc. And that i'm not planning on overclocking. Also that I'm aiming for 1080p or 1440p gaming, 60 FPS, high. Possible VR in the future.

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI - B350M GAMING PRO Micro ATX AM4
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400

50 bucks more and you get a machine that will last much longer with better performance.

Better cpu with more performance and longevity.
Better board with more upgrade path.
Ryzen shines with higher RAM and the GSkill units with Samsung die are proven to perform better with Ryzen.
SSD speeds makes no difference in gaming other than pc boot and load times in general. Any SSD is fast enough for that matter.
The EVGA card has the same clock speed but has better cooling while being cheaper.
The PSU in your list is not a good unit in terms of efficiency. Changed it to a better one.
