Xbox One problem recognize (Windows 7)

Hello,so i broke my xbox one mini-USB port i don't know how so i can't install drivers directly,and then i without knowing i reinstalled windows 7 (had some bugs) .But i find a way to install drivers for adapter and controller,controller somehow connected,but in "Devices and Printers" only what is showed is "XBOX ACC"

and when i go to properties this is what is showed up http://i.imgur.com/Qy64xM2.png. When i check game controllers,controller is showed up and it works! http://i.imgur.com/b0cRxUP.png. BUT FIFA 17 DOESN'T RECOGNIZE CONTROLLER. Any way to fix this problem but not to pay for usb port fix?

Your post is a bit confusing, what does the XBOX ONE USB port have to do with Windows 7? Are saying you are using an XBOX ONE controller on your computer with Windows 7? Is the USB port broken on the controller or the XBOX? How can you re-install Windows 7 without knowing? That is a pretty involved procedure, you don't just do it by accident. You said the controller works but FIFA 17 does not see it, so some other game works with that controller?
