Weird Drive Partition?

If I go into my drive manager, I have two drives: an SSD, and a mechanical drive. Currently I am cloning the regular hard rive onto the SSD, but I noticed a weird partition on my mechanical C drive. It's called "Disk 1 partition 2" and it's 450 MB big. My PC says it's 100% free, but I can't delete it or do anything to it. Is this important for some reason? Not a huge deal but I'm a little OCD and it bothers me for some reason. Also there's a 20 GB partition that I deleted because i no longer needed it, and is currently unallocated. How do I add it back to my C drive? Thanks.

1. Don't delete that 450mb partition
2. Screencap of your Disk Managment window, to see what is actually going on.

Disk 0 - Unallocated.
You need to format that and give it a drive letter.

Disk 1 - You can't directly merge the C partition and the 20GB unallocated. They need to be right next to each other.
Well...you can, but this will require a 3rd party partition manager. Disk Management can't do it.
