In the near future i am looking to buy GTX 1030/50 or rx550. so idk if fx 4350 would bottleneck them

Solution

Gtx 1050,RX 460,rx560 - whichever you can get cheapest.

Don't consider the gtx 1030 or RX 550 - they're a waste of money.

Ye anything up to a rx560 or gtx 1050 should be fine with that cpu, dont go higer because the cpu will bottleneck badly.
