How do I install drivers?

I am on a new built pc, and i have installed windows 10, but i dont know how to install the rest of my drivers (i already installed the graphics drivers and audio drivers). I am on the msi x370 motherboard. I am having trouble because they come in folders, not .exe.

Presumably, in that folder, there is an exe.
If not, a .ifo file, and some other things.

When you tell the OS to install the driver, you navigate to this folder. Select the .ifo file.
It should find what it needs.

i dont know lol im not sure if i need chipset drivers
