I had the amd radeon powercolor R7 370 4GB graphics card paired it with my fx8300, EVGA 600w bronze psu asrock r2.0 pro 3 motherboard 480gb mushkin ssd and 2 8gb sticks of G skill ares ram and I was getting 139fps I was looking for an upgrade asked on the forums and looked at benchmarks I heard the full size pny gtx 1050 ti was an upgrade so I bought it... I only get 99-110fps.. So I spent $50 more and lost 30fps can someone maybe explain why that would happen?

That is around what's expected for the GTX 1050ti. http://www.techspot.com/review/1410-gtx-970-radeon-390-years-later/page3.html
As seen, it averages 106FPS at ultra quality.
I am not sure how your old GPU was able to deliver that many FPS, considering the game usually favours nvidia.

did you completely uninstall the old drivers before swapping cards?

also a 370 is not capable of running overwatch ultra settings 1080p at 139fps

medium low at ~70 fps maybe

I never said I ran overwatch on ultra at 140 fps... I said high... On high setting not ultra.. But the 1050 ti should deliver at least 140 on high... On ultra it's more like 70fps
