Using a eGPU,but it will be a big upgrade if I replace my NVS 5100M with a GTX 650 Ti 2 GB?Anyway if it don't...what graphic card would you recommend me for not a big bottleneck at 60-70$?Sorry for my bad English and thanks for the fast respond.

OR...I have a E6550 Intel core duo 2.33 GHz,will it be worse or better if I remove my i5 520m with my Core duo?Will the bottleneck will increase with this cpu?

Even though the core 2 duo is worse than the i5, having a gpu in a desktop will give you more performance for the price. A 650ti is a lot better than a 730 if you can get it in your price range.

Yes someone keep his GTX 650 TI 2 GB at 60$ for me and a GT 730 is not for my type of gaming.So finally do it worth it to buy a GTX 650 ti with a eGPU on my laptop,can I play watch dogs 1 at 1600x900 at very high setting at 20+ fps?And I put I bunch of optimization to my laptop because of tutorials.

You get less performance with an egpu because it's bottlenecked with pcie x1. With the 650ti and that bottleneck, expect 730 performance.
