I current have a pre build Acer G5900 which comes with a intel i5 CPU -650 @3.2 ghz

and the card in it atm is a GeForce gt610

and the mother board is a (H57H-AM2)

and I am looking to switch to a new gpu which is a zotac 1gb DDR5 Card, will my mother board be able to handle the card? because I current have a Radeon HD5570 1GBddr3 card when I put that into the pc, it starts for 10 seconds then shuts down, and continues into a on going loop :( someone help asap thank you

Then I would suspect the HD-5570 is defective. Or the 450W PSU is a fake 450W and over-rated. Do you have access to another PC to test the card in?

The make and model number should be listed on the PSU's nameplate which should be visible on the unit (unless it ended up on the side facing the case).
Most 450W PSU's should be suitable for the HD 5570, even more-so for the weak GT 610. But if the PSU itself is failing, it could cause the shutdowns. Or the gfx card could be bad and causing the system to shut down. Does the system run OK with no gfx card (just using the iGPU)?

No there is no integrated gpu for this, the current gpu in it is the gt610 and it's working fine with that card but when I switch to the Radeon the card starts up the fan works and the system says no signal then goes to sleep mode
