Zotac gtx 950 oc power consumption??

My pcie slot can only support 25w and 75w from 6 pcie connector, total is 100w. In my country they only have this version of gtx 950

they say is power consumption is only 90w, but i doubt it. it is a overclocked version. so can they reach more than 100w when gaming??
what extractly its power consuption when gaming??

If you have a power connector, you should be able to run the card ideally. Usually PCI-E slots are rated for 75 W, not 25 W. What motherboard is it?

i checked it on dell website, they say it is surely 25 w pice, and i must use dual psu, one of my dell case (180w) and one for gpu (325W) , but is can only provide maximum of 100w. so how much is the oc can draw more than 90w??

You will probably end up having to underclock the card. The 950s average from 90w to 110w under a gaming load:
