So i was gonna go with the cryoig h5 for my 6700k on a my asrock board wjth a max of 300v input or something but i was wondering, is it worth it to get a cheap corsair liquid cooler like the h55 or h60. I dont reallybwant to go avove 55 bucks. But are these even wlrth it if the mobo has a max of 300v input. And would they be good for someone with a first time build or would just doing the cryoig h5 be better

Solution
Those cheap 120mm/140mm AIOs (Cosair h55 and H60 for example) aren't worth it. They are slaughtered in performance and noise by HSF (air coolers) in the same price range. The Cryorig H5 is alright, though you can get better in the price range, for example the Scythe Mugen 5 and ThermalRight Macho Direct.

Between these two coolers...

CPU Cooler: Corsair - H55 57.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($59.99 @ Amazon)

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H5 Universal 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($54.86 @ Newegg Marketplace)

...get the Cryorig H5.

It has better price/performance compared to most cheap AIO's (even better than the Corsair H75, which has dual fans):
