hey, I have WD BLUE 1 TB. I have done many tests and for all of them results are perfect. I used HD tune and purposely ran applications every now and then. When ever i ran an application the the graph would plummet down. the read speed would decrease big time. The disk is 2 months old and i have already replaced it with new one. however,The problem didn't go away. When i ever run an app the computer significantly slow down. The HDD is noisy even the one before and feels like its bottle-necked. I changed many of windows 7 settings and ended super fetch etc but nothing helped. I don't know what can be the issue.

That's normal behaviour for a mechanical hard drive. It has to physically reposition the read/write heads in order to read different files, which takes a very long time in computer terms (many milliseconds). If you want quick application and OS loading, get an SSD - you'll never want to use a hard drive again. (I swapped 3 x 15,000rpm hard drives for an entry-level Sandisk Ultra SSD - not a high-performance chart-topper - and my PC was transformed.)
