Hello. I have a 3 year old i7 3770k. Yesterday I installed an aftermarket cooler for it. SilentiumPC Fera 3 HE1224.

Idle - 40-45c

High load (Battlefield 1 ultra settings) 75c

I'm a bit worried, are these safe for my CPU? This cpu is still awesome to this day, and runs well paired with GTX 1060.

Just tell me, are these safe temps?

Solution
Your fine those temps are totally safe. Anything less then 90C is safe, less then 80 is decent and less then 70 is ideal. Point being temps could be a little better (they always can though save going all out liquid nitrogen) but they are still reasonable and will not harm your CPU or cause you any troubles in the long term.
