So, I'm upgrading my Old desktop PC. It already has 4GB of DDR3 in it, a Corsair Value single stick. Since the RAM prices are too high atm, im going to buy used RAM. Will this hp
4g 2rx8 pc3- 12800u work in dual channel with my 4GB Corsair Value RAM? Thanks!

Hard to say. When having the same specs should it work but since mixing ram can give issues is there no 100% sure answer.
I would look at something generic with the same specs from a vendor like Kingston/Corsair/Crucial etc ...

With cpu-z,look at the spd tab,can you look what kind of specs your ram has. This tool is freeware.
