What gpus have best cooling?

Hi. Sorry if there was similar question, but I can't find something in web. Just interest what gpu brands/models have best coolers for lowest temps. Need advice for both nvidia/amd brands. I know only evga with acx cooling have nice temps... also what is safe temps for gaming?

(I am referencing the two leading models of GPUs which are the 1080ti and the RX580)
For pure cooling performance, the MSI Seahawk is the best option, it includes an AIO 120mm rad with an ok 120mm fan. (Which I would recommend upgrading to the NF-F12) Sadly, this cooling solution is only available for the GTX 1080ti, GTX 1080, GTX 1070, and the GTX 980ti. EVGA also offers a hybrid card which is quite popular, it's called EVGA SC2 hybrid gaming which has the same rad/fan specs as the Seahawk. Other than that, for the Nvidia side, Strix cooling is very good and very quiet, (I own one) The FTW3 iCX by EVGA, and the AORUS Extreme are all very good. (Just a side note, practically all modern open-air GPUs will have close to the same cooling...

For AMD, there are no real AIO cooling options because the cards are not as powerful as let's say the GTX 1080 ti. But, the same rules apply as before; EVGA, ASUS Strix, and AORUS are your best bets for open-air cooling performance. And as before, there is not much of a cooling performance increase or decrease in the different models. (If you want some good aesthetics, go for Strix!)

Just a question though, what is your build? Because there are some things that could affect the cooling like obstructions, radiators and fan setups.

Onto your second question, the max temps for your GPU can be identified on the manufacturer's website. But, the max temp they say should NOT be your max temp. For example, max temps for Nvidia GPU's are around 85C, but the real-time temperatures should never really go over 75C when even on 100% load. AMD, on the other hand, says that their "safe temperatures" are around 90-100. This fact could maybe be proven correct on some of the older chipsets from AMD, but nowadays, for safe operating you should stay at the Nvidia standard of around 70-80C.
