I have a 550W 80+ power supply with me already.
I want parts to make a good gaming desktop PC that can run all games at desirable frames per second. LGA 1151 is my choice as I could upgrade things later!

I think that these parts are good:
MSI Z270 SLI Plus
i3-7100 3.90 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 103 CPU Cooler
G. Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB

If you can recommend me something better, I would appreciate it.

My regards.

Your not going to get any desirable fps without a video card. Add a 1050ti and you are good to go. The rest of the system is ok. Though you don't really need a Z motherboard since the cpu does not overclock. Oh I see...you get a free game with the Z mb. At newegg anyway.

But I thought that the HD 630 integrated graphics can run most games.

I, heh, wont get a game with that but, can you recommend me a motherboard that would be cheap and could let me buy a 1050 in the same budget that I have (450-500 USD) or 30,000 INR for me..
I need those four items in this budget.

These are still expensive for me if I buy GTX 1050 ti..
Maybe I should get cheaper H110 or B150/B250 motherboards. I am on a tight budget, so....

There's a huge difference between the igpu ability to stick windows, solitaire, hearts or even minecraft up on the screen and the gpu power needed to get playable fps in any modern AAA title like BF1.
If going with a kabylake cpu, you are far better sticking with a motherboard that's out-of-the-box compatible, such as a B250 or Z270. Don't go with the skylake cpus mobo like the H110 as it's a crap shoot whether the bios is upgraded for kabylake cpus.
Forget about the i3, if going with the cheapest possible cpu, the G4560 pentium is about equitable to the i3, for half the price. After that, the i5-7500 would be the next upgrade higher, any cpu less and games like cs:go will actually be worse as the single thread IPC goes downhill in a hurry with lesser speed quads.
