So unsure if this is the right area, But here goes.
So i ordered a new keyboard from newegg for my brand new PC as my old one had holes worn through the keys, Well the one i picked was a brand i had never heard of but has good reviews matched my build and looked very nice, Turns out its shipping from china, Not a big deal in and of its self.
My problem is i ordered it on the 8th, It went to pre shipment on the 9th and had an update on the 11th...well it is now the 25th and there have been ZERO updates, Its still in pre shipment at Zhengzhpu ems, China, I am starting to get concerned as it was a pretty expensive keyboard and its been nearly 3 weeks with no progress whatsoever.
Is this normal or should i get ahold of newegg? I understand it is coming from China but i would have expected at least them saying its on a ship or has been sent out, Not just a pre shipment.
