Hello I have I just recently moved today and I was setting my PC up it showed no input on my monitor and keeps turning off and on without me touching it, if disconnected the PSU, gpu and motherboard and reconnected and it still does it anyone know what the issue could be?
My specs that I know are:
500W Delta PSU
Some Asus motherboard
Asus r9 480x
It worked fine until I unplugged it, I've noticed that my mouse lights up but my keyboard doesn't now as well.

Solution
no, you need equipment and tools, and also skills to do it and don't get electrocuted in the process, i would try to find a electrician to check the status of the electricity, at least in the power socket you are using

please buy a ups to regulate electricity coming out of the wall socket and protect your pc

see if you can find someone who can check if the electricity in your house is working well, sounds like it is not working properly

is it 220v or 110v the electricity in your house? do you know how to measure it?
