Bought new parts, not entirely working

My old mother board started acting all wack so I purchased a new one, and my processor and memory weren't compatible so I got new ones of those also. (I'll put specs below).

So when I turn on my computer all the fans and lights that are supposed to turn on do (including my speakers and keyboard), but there is no beep and the monitor says "no signal" then shuts off.

I've read some places that say to disconnect the memory to see if it beeps, and it does, and to test one memory chip at a time in different slots, but that doesn't change anything. I've also taken out the videocard and run without connected to my monitor, or use the motherboards onboard video, and having it plugged in or not doesnt make a difference, no beep or display.

So I'm not entirely sure what to do next to figure out the problem, I've double checked everything is plugged in properly and that there isn't and debris anywhere. I would like to avoid trips to where I got the parts (Microcenter) because it's pretty far away, so any suggestions?
