Hello, I have an old yuneec ego electric skateboard that recently broke down beyond repair. Its ok because I got a boosted so its no big deal. However, the battery is still in good condition, so i unattached it from the rest of the board. It looks like.http:// Here are the specs of it:
Battery Type Lithium Ion (21 pieces)
Battery Dimensions 500mm x130mm x50mm
Battery Amps 7.8Ah
Battery Volts 29 v
Battery Watt Hours 202Wh
Weight 900 grams
If i wanted to make this battery pack able to charge my laptop, or even just a standard usb charger, what steps would I take? I honestly don't even know where to start. Thank you for the help.

You have a few challenges there:
1) If you discharge a LIPO battery below the critical level, it will cause physical damage and may burst into flames. - so you need a proper battery bank circuit to ensure its safe
2) 29V is a lot higher than the standard 12V/24V used by standard equipment e.g. cars, so you will battle to find standard charge controllers for this battery.
Because such boards are not standard, you pay a premium for them and it's probably not worth it.

* this is just an example of premium pricing and not the exact board you need
