Are these parts compatible

Solution
Remove the Wireless Network Adapter (Asus - PCE-AC88 PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter) as your Motherboard (Asus - STRIX Z270-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard) already has a built-in Wi-Fi / Bluetooth wireless connectivity.

Replace your PSU (EVGA - SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply) with a good-quality and ample-wattage with enough headroom for OC already such as the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550 or the EVGA SuperNOVA G3 550 or the Corsair RM550x.

If you want faster boot-up and loading times, consider adding a ~240GB/~275GB SSD such as the Samsung 850 EVO / Crucial MX300.
Don't paste the URL (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/) on your browser's address bar - as others will not see your build (they will see their own current parts list, not yours).

Instead, click the [BB] button in pcpartpicker, which will open up the Export Part List. Then copy that and paste it here in the Forum.
