Ive seen people say it sounds like the zoom, but it does this maybe 45 percent of the time, if it were the zoom id think it would do it all the time, it didnt start doing this till about 2 weeks ago, started the first time i played metro redux, if that could be related, it has done this on a few games, not all of them yet. Mouse is the ibuypower one that comes with their pcs

looks like you have some form of overlay enabled and playing at a low resolution. I've had that happen randomly in the past but don't know what caused it, alt + tab to get out of the game usually works but you said you had to make the sticky keys thing pop up to exit. Alt+f4 doesn't work? Cant alt+tab? what did you install around the time it started?

I honestly didnt know about the other ways to exit the game, so in fairly certain those would have worked, all i have installed were games from steam, nothing else around that time, but just incase, im scanning for viruses right now.
