I am new to building computers and recently build the following PC: Processor: Intel Core i5-6600k Memory: G.Skill NT Series 8GB DDR4 2133 (2 of them)
Graphics card: ASUS Radeon R9 380X STRIX-R9380X-4G-GAMING 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card
PSU: EVGA 650 G2 Plus 80
SDD: PNY CS1311 120GB 2.5” SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Currently the motherboard powers on and the Power Button LED on the MOBO powers on, along with the reset and FLASH and CLEAR CMOS buttons. However, the PC wont turn on from the button on the case nor inside the MOBO. My GPU LED works as well, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I've tried changing the slots around for the Reset and Power switches, as well as completely taking my CPU out and re-thermal pasting it back in. I've cleaned out every screw as well ans tried to change the wirings around, but it still refuses to boot. My CORSAIR 200R mid case isn't the issue, as it worked when I had my old MOBO in. The only new part is the MOBO.

TLDR; MOBO has LEDs, wont boot tho.

Solution
pull the gpu and one ram stick see if the mb posts with onboard video. if there no post i would pull the mb see if it posts on top of the mb box. the top of the mb box is to rule out a dead short.
