I have read somewhere that the B350 pc mate is not compatable with R5s without an update to the bios. Whenever I power it on, all the fans and lights work fine but the EZ debug light for the cpu lights up and nothing will display on the screen. What else could be causing this problem? This is the first time I've built a pc and I don't know where to go from here.

The second BIOS release supports the 1600 if this BIOS isn't loaded your out of luck.

What I'm Running: MSI PC MATE B350 _Ryzen 5 series_1600X and Two Kingston DDR4 2133 16 GB Ram Sticks_Running on board Graphics.
bios would not book VGA DBug light was on solid.
I called MSI told them what I had and what the problem was, MSI told me that the Ryzen Chips do no support on board graphics.
I will be getting a graphics card this weekend to see if it works.
