Hi guys, i was planning to build a medium spec gaming pc and I'm not pretty sure about which to choose.
With my layman knowledge, these are the specs I've got in mind-
6th gen i5 processor
Gammaxx 300 cooler
8gb ram
Gtx 1050ti 4gb gpu
500W psu
(No need of monitor)
Im not sure about these and any advice would be great. Can someone build a suitable one from the following website and help me out?? (Amazon.com or newegg won't help as I'm in India)
My budget is around 40000- 50000inr

Thanks in advance!

Here's a Ryzen build for you:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1400
Motherboard: Asus Prime B350M-K
Memory: G. Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-2400 8 GB (1x8 GB)
Storage: i. Toshiba 1 TB DT01ACA100 3.5"
ii. Sandisk SSD Plus 120 GB 2.5"
Video Card: Asus Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB Phoenix
Case: Corsair Spec-01
Power Supply: Corsair CX500 500 W 80+ Bronze

This'll run current games at 1080p medium-high details at 60 FPS. My recommendation would be to get a better SSD if you can afford it, because the one I suggested is a slower one, which I chose to stay close to the budget. After that, you can upgrade the GPU once you can afford it/need it.

The total price on primeabgb(.com) is Rs 51,031 without shipping. A little over-budget, but the few extra goodies are worth it. If...

your budget is very low

you are better off with a ryzen build

If you want to stay under 50,000, remove the SSD and get the WD Blue 1 TB WD10EZEX instead of the Toshiba HDD. Should bring the cost much below. Try getting the 1500X instead of the 1400 if you can, the higher clock speed helps.

you should loose the ssd and see if you can give him a better gpu

with ryzen you really need the highest ram speed you can get, 2400 is fine on an intel build but not here

Well you always need to make compromises when considering a budget. I already said that he can drop the SSd if he wants to. Faster RAM would help, but that's usually for higher FPS. Here, we'll be barely at 60 FPS, so faster RAM won't help much in games(in this case, not everywhere). But yeah, a faster GPU would obviously help, but again, it's a budget build.

You can, of course, make your own recommendation, because all of us put focus in different areas when building, which is what ultimately helps the OP get the best hardware. Plus, an SSD would really make a much more noticeable difference than faster RAM, and a faster GPU wouldn't fit the budget too comfortably.

the g4560 is great for a budget build, and would pair well with a 1050 ti

it would also allow you to upgrade down the line

If you're ONLY gaming, then yes, you could consider it as an option. But frankly, that's a 2-core 4-thread processor. It won't last too long in games, you're better off with the Ryzen. I doubt the G4560 will last more than an year with 2 cores, the Ryzen will last longer, plus it's a new platform that's going to have much more upgrade paths than the G4560 - Intel changes chipsets really fast. AMD is going to come up with Zen 2 and 3 as well, so those will be good upgrade paths. Really, Ryzen is the deal for any gamer right now. The best deal, in fact.
