My computer isn't POSTing, though all the fans in the system turn on and the disk drives wind up as if being read from.
The computer was working perfectly fine on Tuesday, with no recent hardware or software changes (aside from a Windows update), when I shut it down before unhooking everything, putting it back inside of the original case's box, with the original styrofoam for protection as I drove down to my parent's for a couple of days. I removed the computer from my car and brought it inside, but never ended up taking it out, then returned. It sat then for another couple of days in my house, before I finally hooked it back up tonight to do homework, where upon it failed to POST at all. I restarted the computer and it POSTed, but then failed to boot into the OS, which I figured may have been because I had plugged a portable hard drive into the system, so I unplugged it and then restarted and it failed to POST again, and I haven't been able to get it to POST since.

The PWR_LED lights up green when the PSU is connected, all fans turn on, water coolers start circulating, and disk drives boot up when powered on, as well as a solid red CPU_LED, which doesn't go away. No display through video card, and no onboard video port to try.

CPU: Intel 6700 with Corsair Hydro H110i v2 cooler
MOBO: Asus Z170-AR
RAM: PNY Anarchy 2x8GB 2133MHz DDR4
GPU: MSi GTX 1070 Seahawk (Feb 2017)
PSU: ThermalTake TR2 RX 850W (Oct 2011)
SSD: SanDisk 480GB
HDD: WD 1TB ( ????? Oct 2011 ????? )
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Case: NZXT Phantom full tower

All parts were purchased and installed Feb 2016, unless otherwise stated.

Things I've tried so far:
1: Removing GPU
2: Removing RAM, using only 1 stick
3: Using HDMI cable instead of DisplayPort cable
4: Removing and reinserting CPU power
5: Removing CPU, checking for bent pins or any out of place marks on CPU or mob, replacing CPU and CPU cooler and ensuring snugness

Solution
What do you mean by 'no onboard video port to try'? The board has both HDMI and DP.

Anyway, first suspect is one of the cables getting loose during transport. Re-plug all cables, starting with all PSU cables, but don't forget about SATA cables. Reinstall SSD if it is M.2 drive.
