Hi, sorry for my English, I'm from Spain and I've resorted here because it's my last hope to find the problem.
A few months ago I played Ultra TW3 with stable 60 fps, in some areas I lowered the FPS but were not jerks, a month ago I started playing it again and I have stuttering and jerks at 40 fps.
I bought Firewatch and I have drops to 30, I ruined the experience, I checked, GPU and CPU temperatures and they are normal, normally my CPU is at 25% usage and my GPU is at 40-45% rarely I see it at 70-80%
When the game has an FPS drop, the GPU load drops to 4%.
I have formatted the PC, I have cleaned the drivers cleanly and I have done a thousand checks and I do not know why it happens.
