How much PSU is needed for HD 6570 and FX 4320. And since later in the year in october im looking to upgrade to gtx 1050 how much would i need power?

Solution
Either of those graphics cards shouldn't draw more than 75 watts, and the processor shouldn't draw more than 100 watts under load, so the total system won't likely need much more than a couple hundred watts from the PSU. If this is an existing system that already has a power supply, then its existing PSU will probably work, so long as it's rated for at least around 300 watts. If you're building the system and don't already have a PSU, I would look for a decent unit with a bit more overhead, like around 450-550 watts, particularly if you might upgrade to higher-wattage parts in the future.

Also, if this is a new system you are building, you can probably find a faster CPU than the FX-4320 for around the same price, like the Pentium G4560.
