im not sure what processor to buy, the intel core i7 3770k or the AMD FX-8350, please can i have some help

Why would you go with an outdated CPU now?
Good motherboards are hard to find and EXPENSIVE if you do happen to get lucky.
Better option would be 6th or 7th generation I7's, Skylake or Kabylake.
Motherboards would be less expensive and are current.
I have an I5 Ivy Bridge machine as one of my other machines, but I wouldn't build one new now.
