Any recommendations for a new Monitor?

I am currently looking for a new monitor to fix my screen tearing problems. It should provide G sync as well as 144hz. I looked up on the internet but everything i found was expensive as hell. My budget is 200 - 400€ any recommendations or suggestions?

Ah yeah and 24 " would be fine by me
