i5 6600k idle and startup temps?

so is the 6600k 4.4@1.36 normal idle temps 41c?
w/out oc its stil 40c any clues? just found out after using the systeam for a year
at 1.36V soo... is it bad after all i used arctic's thermal paste that came with my freezer 240 (not preaplied)
my question is: is this normal?
edit 1: load is only 71c

Hmmmm. Those temps seem to be alright and normal. Make sure that everything is dust free and that you have good airflow. The temps may not be ideal, but they are far from hot and you shouldn't worry. Keep it clean and youll be alright

ok both skylake and kaby lake are hot so i was thinking about deliding and stuff u know kaby lake can drop 15 to 30 c just by deliding? one guys even oc to 5.2 on a chip that would not run 5.1

Delidding can get lower temps, but in my opinion its not worth it. Those temps are fine and I wouldnt worry
