Which cooler is best for i7-7700k on my budget ?

I currently have a Hyper 212 evo and it's not really doing a very good job even at stock speeds. Reaching highs of 90c when playing games. Not to mention it makes my Room crazy hot.

I have around £55/$70 to spend, but I only have 155mm head room. Could any cooler in this price range allow me to over clock slightly ?

I was thinking of getting a 120mm AIO (Corsair h55) or for Air Cooling Cryorig H7 ? Thoughts ?

Along with the above mentioned MC Master Box 5, there are these:

Thermaltake Commander G42
NZXT S340

Now if you want to splurge and spend more and get about the best air flow case for the price, you can get the Antec Nine Hundred for about €90/$100US. That's the case I use. It's like a tornado inside of airflow.

WOW that is narrow....

150mm max height for a CPU cooler.

Well looks like the Cryorig H7 would be it or the new CRYORIG H7 Quad Lumi Programmable
