Help my GPU only running on base clock?

I have rx 560 from data land. And when I check gpuz, gpu clock and the base clock with the same clock at 1180 mhz. I check amd website and written over there 1175 for base clock and 1275 for boost clock. I already test full load and it's still running on 1180 mhz. my Rx 560 cannot running the boost clock

The Boost Clock is a "It may run on that speed if it can". Could be too much heat in the system, maybe the power supply is not good quality. Also according to CPUZ you have a PowerColor video card.

But when I test load it's only have 50-65 °c is that over heat?
And I use be quite pure power 9 CM 500w . Oh ya i think "data land" is only rebranding powercolor GPU.

CoolerMaster is not a very good power supply brand but is not horrible. Those temps are fine. Contact the vendor support and see what they say.
