My computer has 16 gb of ram, its processor is i7-6700 CPU and I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 and windows 10, the brand is Acer.
The main issue with my computer is while I play a game it suddenly starts to stutter which makes the whole gaming experience extremely annoying. Does anybody know what could help me?

You could first try optimizing your OS by using ccleaner and follow blackvipers safe desktop settings to shutdown service you dont need..

From the looks the video card is extremely weak. I suggest a 1050ti if your PSU can handle the video card.
