The only thing missing here (aside from peripherals) is the graphics card. The reason being is that there are no decently priced medium - high end cards right now due to cryptocurrency miners snatching them all up and driving the price sky high. I would normally recommend a 1070 (with the Ryzen 1600) or 1080 (with the 1700) to this build, but good luck keeping that under 1k
TAKE COVER!!! INCOMING!!!!

First off, where are you? There is significant pricing differences between Dollars and UK Pounds, we need to know.
What resolution is the display/s you'll be using? This will determine how much of the budget we need to set aside for the graphics.
Will you need an OS? This will add <>100 to the bill and reduce how much we have to allocate elsewhere.

The one I selected does, but the 'X' versions don't.
Also, there will be some Intel suggestions as well, their 'K' chips also lack a supplied cooler, in both cases you'll obviously need to get a CPU cooler, or at least the linked parts list will need to contain one.
