Computer turns off after 10 to 15 seconds

So I've had this old computer laying around for some time and today I decided to try and make it boot. Prior to encountering this problem, the computer would not beep, there was no display, and its hard drive was going like "tic, tac, tic, tac, tic, tac" and it could run for hours.

So today I was bored and decided to play around with it. The only things that I did to fix the issues mentioned above were remove the ram stick it had at the time and place a different one (pretty sure it's a 1GB DDR2 533MHz stick, though I cannot find out as there is no sticker and the computer cannot boot up but it showed 1024MB so it's 1GB) along with an old, but working IDE hard drive. Surprisingly it started up - I got a display (the motherboard logo), a beep, and the hard drive was not making those weird sounds but, it shuts down.

At first I thought maybe the PSU could have been the culprit but nope, I tried with 2 different power supplies (both working just fine on other builds) and it still kept shutting down after 10 to 15 seconds.

I tried taking off the battery and CMOS jumper for a few minutes then putting them back and the issue still remained. The only thing that I see is one screw for the CPU heatsink and fan that is missing, everything else appears to be in tact.

Here is a video of what is happening
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KTolRkvx-Yg

So after pausing the video I noticed its saying CMOS settings are wrong, and that I have 2 keyboards connected? "Overclocking failed", and just as it's about to tell me to press F1 to continue or F2 to enter BIOS, it shuts down.

So any ideas on what I should try?

Damn. Unfortunately I don't have a spare one compatible with that motherboard laying around. Is there anything else you think I should try?
