I presume my gpu drivers are too blame because the gpu's are still working and displaying, the only thing that happens is that they don't deliver any horsepower, youtube does still work, no integrated gpu, gpu's are in sli, Gpu's don't show in Msi afterburner

Solution
We'd need more information, though perhaps try THIS (maybe do step #2 first and see if that alone solves the issue):

1) remove both cards, and connect monitor to motherboard (to use the iGPU)

2) run DDU, and use the "recommended" option. REBOOT.

3) add back in one Titan X, then the NVidia drivers

4) run various BENCHMARKS and record the scores. Ideally ones you can COMPARE online. Perhaps Unigine Valley, FireStrike etc, as well as GAME benchmarks like Tomb Raider

Try to find ones that have SLI capability.

5) Add back the second card then repeat tests and note the scores.

If it's a sudden issue it MAY be related to your power supply. Short of swapping though I'm not sure what else to do.

OTHER:
If there's more of a software issue then if you have a SPARE HDD or SSD you may want to try installing W10 to that (don't activate) but leave all other HDD's and SSD's unhooked. Install just the drivers and software you need.
