So after much deliberation I have decided to go with a positive pressure Thermaltake Core V21. My question is can I get away with the stock intake fan at the front and just one exhaust fan in the back, or should I invest in more fans to go at the top and/or sides and bottom as well? If the PSU has its own intake and exhaust, then I don't see the need for a bottom intake fan personally.

Also what is the cfm and dbA of the 200mm fan that comes with the case? I've read on these forums that it's around 130. Can I get a confirmation on that? Update: On second thought I am probably going to replace the front with a 200mm blue led fan. I can just look at its cfm on pcpartpicker.

I'm using the V21 with stock fans in my Intel rig (see sig). No temp issues whatsoever. That huge front fan moves a lot of air... quietly.
You might want to list the specs of the system that will sit in the case.

I thought of adding one exhaust fan in the rear and two on the side (I would put them on the top instead, but that is where the see through panel is going). That will give me close to neutral pressure in the case, and I'm fine with that. Also here are the specs.

That's the way I have my V21 sitting too; clear top up. I added a 120mm lighted rear fan too, but it wasn't necessary. I just did it for the lighting effect. But if you feel you want to do that too, it would be great. Keep in mind, the case is acoustically "open" on all sides. So it can get a bit noisy if that is an issue for you.

It really does blow a lot of air quietly. I didn't realise that it just stop spining at some point. Is there any ways to know if the problem in motherboard or in fan itself?

You could test a different fan on that header. Or test the front fan on another header if your board has one.

What is sig?

My SIGnature at the bottom on a post. Sorry, sometimes I'm too liberal with my abbreviations.
